February 2024 marks two years since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, although the war has been going on there for nearly a decade. We have gained uninterrupted access to images of this most mediated conflict in history through social media, civic and professional news channels, and a growing body of vernacular records dedicated to war crimes. "Ukraine. Stories of Resistance" is a small slice of this testimony. The exhibition collects images of various forms of resistance, from direct warfare to grassroots movements
society in Ukraine and abroad. Refugee accounts, protests, self-organization, frontline fatigue and a devastated Ukrainian landscape are reminders of the brutal conflict that has been taking place across Poland's eastern border for the past 2 years.
