Description

Ireneusz Zjeżdżałka (1972-2008) - born in Września. Documentary photographer, critic, editor-in-chief of "Kwartalnik Fotografia" in 2003-2008. Previously, since 1998, he worked at the PF Gallery of Photography in the "Castle" Cultural Center in Poznan. In 2001 he received a scholarship from the City of Poznan, and in 2007 he received an art award from the Marshal of the Wielkopolska Region. He received a scholarship from the Minister of Culture in 2005. His works are in the collections of the Art Museum in Lodz and the Museum of Photography in Kharkov, as well as in private collections in Poland, Germany, Great Britain, France and the USA. He was a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Photography. With Waldemar Sliwczynski, he formed the Wrześnica Creative Group.
