FotoArtFestival takes place in Bielsko-Biała, a beautiful and intimate city in southern Poland, at the foot of the Beskid Mountains. On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of FotoArtFestival, we are celebrating this holiday with our closest friends and family, so exceptionally this year we have invited only Polish artists, outstanding photographers of high repute. Most of the exhibitions will be presented in Poland for the first time, showing the diversity of photography - thematically and aesthetically.
You will meet our wonderful artists in person at the highly inspiring Author Marathon (October 14-15). The atmosphere is really special then. These are the most important days of FotoArtFestival! At FotoArtFestival you can be a spectator (numerous exhibitions, meetings, films, books). You can also be an active participant (Trampoline, FotoOpen, DiasShow, workshops).
What unites us is photography and kindness to the world and people.
Meetings with outstanding representatives of Polish photography, authors of the festival's main exhibitions or their curators are an extraordinary experience for anyone interested in photography at the highest level. The marathon includes additional photo shows, presentations, films, discussions, questions and answers. We talk not only about art, but more importantly about the world and our place in it. We meet wonderful people from different cultures, and we are united by photography! These are unforgettable moments and the power of inspiration, and many new friendships in the process.
