initiation [Latin initiatio 'initiation'], one of the basic rites present in every culture, used to mark the moment of change in the status of individuals or entire social groups
PWN Encyclopedia
The chaos of existence is losing touch with the inner voice of the soul in me. The pressure of my surroundings weakens my sense of inner certainty and causes me to look for alternative ways to define my own existence. I stay where we are seen, I buy what gives me illusory happiness, I travel to places of mass admiration. I move away from myself. Something in me is dying, I find that life requires me to make a sacrifice. I discover myself through desperate escapes into addictions, neuroses, persistent phobias, deep depressions that rob me of life energy. I look for a way of life, the illusory freedom of existence to become not a myth but a fairy tale, the ending of which raises hopes for the future and assures that everything will end well.
Art as my new sacrum makes changes in matter and spirit.
Initiation is an operation on human identity. In the course of transformation, there are symbolic wounds healed by affirmations of new values. Sacrum is very useful in interpreting, understanding and feeling. I experience harmony in the soul, the sense of my own humanity.
I'm in a place where this is exactly how I want to live, not how I want to live.
