It was not a standard book, i.e., a compact publication with pages bound together and in a cover, but a sort of author's portfolio with loose pages placed in boxes specially designed by Tomek Wojciechowski (Fattombo). The photographs were taken with a 4\u00d75 inch camera in the villages of Wrzesnia County. These are manor, farm and residential buildings, that is, mainly barns, barns, pigsties, chicken coops, distilleries, sheepfolds, in the years of photography (2001-2008) usually no longer in use, forgotten, decaying. For the author, these lonely buildings are monuments, part of the national legacy, which should be protected and cared for.
