Persephone's embrace<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition, as seen by the female visual artist collective DJAM, is a symbolic exploration of the relationship between mother and daughter. The intertwining of tender and painful relationships is reflected in the ancient Greek myth of Cora-Persephone. But the project is primarily about the inherent courage of women, the dual nature of youth and adulthood, and the bond between generations. It shows, however, that these bonds must one day be broken in the name of independence and personal experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
