Exhibition of students of the Institute of Creative Photography in Opava<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Colleagues. We are very pleased that, as one of Warsaw's galleries, we have been invited to participate in this year's 20th edition of the Night of Museums, which will be held in Warsaw on Saturday, May 18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We want to present the works of female and male students of our school to our visitors on that day. Therefore, we cordially invite you to participate in the joint exhibition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of the works - in the form of prints we will put on display, and some we will present in the form of projections on our cyclorama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event will be open to the public. Admission is free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our gallery was established in a pre-war restored barn in Warsaw's Ursyn\u00f3w district. It is part of a spacious photographic studio. You can find photos and all information about our studio here:\u00a0www.poleczki.art<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition does not have a theme, its purpose is to showcase the work of ITF students, so we invite you to choose your own photos to present during the exhibition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SINGLE PHOTOS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of you are invited to prepare one photo of your choice as a print. The maximum size of the print is 50\u00d770 cm. Photo unframed, without foam stiffening. Please attach to the photo information including the title of the work, its description - and if the work does not have a title, give your name and include your bio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please also include your signature on the back of the photo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can submit your chosen work to us at the next convention in Horn\u00ed Be\u010dva (01-06.05). We will return them to you at the next convention, in June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, our gallery space, although spacious, is limited. We will try to include all of your works in the exhibition, however, should the number of works be so large that this is not possible, we will select the photos that we will present in the exhibition and show the others in a projection on our cyclorama. In this case, we will contact you and ask for a digital file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AUTHOR SERIES - SCREENING<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of you who want to present a series of photographs are welcome to prepare a presentation in digital form. The show will be held on our cyclorama. You can send the photos to us, e.g. via Wetransfer to e-mail, as individual files or ready-made presentations. If the show is accompanied by music or sound, we also ask you to attach the file to the folder sent to us. In addition, we ask you to prepare a description of the series and your bio on one slide or JPG file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONCLUSIONS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHS?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each author can present: - 1 work in the form of a print in a maximum format of 50\u00d770 cm. The work should not be framed or placed on foam. Please put your signature on the back - 1 series of photographs, consisting of a maximum of 30 photographs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DEADLINES:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- 16.04 to 10.05.2024 - possibility to send or bring work to us (Warsaw, Poleczki 58 Street) - 1-5.05.2024 - handover of works to organizers during consultations in Horn\u00ed Be\u010dva - 10.05.2024 - closing of submissions - 18.05.2024 - from 16:00 start of tour - 20.05.2024 - reception of works, also during consultations in Horn\u00ed Be\u010dva 20-23.06.2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
