This time it will be a meeting with Mariusz Forecki, author of the award-winning book <em>Dust. Evolution of an empire 1988-2022<\/em>. It is a monumental photo essay about Russia, which the photographer has visited since the 1980s. He was also with his camera in the wars in Chechnya, Afghanistan, Crimea, Lithuania and other republics of the former Soviet Union. The caesura is Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022. For many years he has been photographing human beings entangled in socio-political processes.
